will be arraigned today on charges of the hit killer manslaughter that killed one pedestrian and ended at two others in the twin peaks area. the 56 year-old, y yuee yao, died after a crash hit hard at the twin peaks a lookout point. police said the driver was intoxicated. the victim's son told us that he does not want a another family to suffer through the sadness that he feels. he stated that all of this is because someone decided to drink too much and get behind the wheel. >> the driver of the car 23 year-old gina eunice who you see here on the screen faces several felony charges

the past three days, two people have died and two others have been injured after being called in separate avalanches. kron 4 urs of charles clifford has details. >> a snow border was caught in an avalanche on monday. they stated that heavy amounts of new snow is sitting on unstable snow which is causing danger. during this latest cause of dangers they have issued advisories are around tahoe. this is a google earth map that is looking around the area. the advisory includes all of the tosco ski resort areas. there stating that people should be careful and the heat when they have warnings. >> they are monitoring weather in the snow. they

are cleaning up this morning after a tornado touched down on christmas night. he looks like a large funnel cloud sparking electricity. the mobile fire department reported and downed power lines and there was a lot of damage is done to the local high school. the bass storm system stretched across numerous states and it has been blamed for three deaths and several injuries though no one was killed outright in the tunnels. >> police in webster, new york say that they have found human remains inside the home where a deadly trap laid for to volunteer firefighters. william spengler set fire to his home and then shot at first responders on monday..
